Cancellation Policy
Please read the following cancellation policy prior to making a reservation.
To reserve Bungalow on the Bay, guests must pay at least 50% of the rent, fee and tax total. Guest must also sign and return a lease agreement (hot link to sample agreement) to the Landlord (or designee) within five (5) business days after this payment. This agreement can be executed online with electronic signature.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $125.00 cancellation fee (the “Cancellation Fee”) will be charged.
If the cancellation occurs sixty (60) days or more prior to the Check-In Time, your payment is limited to the Cancellation Fee.
If the cancellation occurs fewer than sixty (60) days, but at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Time and the Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by the Tenant’s Check-In Time, you will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.
If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days before the Check-In Time, you will be liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the rental costs if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Time. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Time.
