Please review the following terms and conditions prior to reserving
- This home has an open stairway and hot tub and may not be suitable for young children; older children may be acceptable if supervised by parents. Please discuss your intent to bring children with us prior to making reservations.
- Visitors agree to respect quiet neighborhood setting; outdoor amplified music is not allowed.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm; please notify us if you plan to arrive later than 6:00 pm. so that lights can be turned on for you. Check-out is 11:00 am.
- Minimum of two-night stay.
- Rent is $285 per day or $1850 per week. Refundable security deposit is $250.00. Non-refundable cleaning fee is $150.00. Pet fee (if applicable) is $40.
- A deposit (50% of rent and fees) and a signed lease agreement are required to secure reservations.
- Cancellation fees apply. Please review the cancellation policy prior to reserving.
- No smoking allowed inside of home.
